Job Description

We are looking to employ an organized, friendly, creative Receptionist to oversee front of house and general day-to-day office operations. You will live and breathe our company culture and be our superstar culture ambassador. They will provide consistent and professional customer service, ensuring excellent punctuality and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures at all times.
This is a great opportunity to work in lovely offices with a supportive organization to develop and grow, and take on responsibility for other projects within the business as required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reception management: provide a pro-active and professional reception management, including answering phones, meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring guests are offered refreshments and staff are notified of guests’ arrival
  • Taking ownership of the company’s health and safety requirements
  • Being responsible for ensuring the entire office, kitchen and meeting rooms are immaculate for clients, staff and visitors
  • General office duties such as being the first point of contact for all our suppliers, overseeing meeting room bookings, office recycling, managing expenses, managing kitchen stock levels and tidiness
  • Provide support to other areas of the business where needed – some exciting opportunities to learn about digital marketing
  • Assisting with internal IT jobs – reporting issues, liaising with our IT support company
  • Assisting the HR manager with HR admin such as onboarding new joiners, building out culture initiatives
  • Assist the Finance team with ad hoc finance admin duties
  • Assist with the organization of our CSR and social events – head up the Social Committee and CSR teams, oversee the plans and budget for internal and external events, suggest ideas for future events
  • PA duties to the CEO and group management including diary management, client entertainment

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Evolve and grow with the business making the role their own. Bags of initiative. Self-starter. Experience would be an advantage but not essential.
