Job Description

The role:

The successful candidate will primarily be involved in processing month end and will work closely with the Finance Director and the Finance Manager. Taking ownership of balance sheet reconciliations, management reporting will also be tasks in month to month activities. The ability to perform monthly account analysis alongside ad-hoc tasks will also be important to this role. To be successful in this role you will need to be highly commercial and be ready to take on new challenges.

The person:

• Graduate with a relevant degree or part qualified (ACCA or CIMA)
• Highly IT literate with very strong Excel skills
• Sound problem solving, analytical and communication skills
• Experience in a management accounts environment
• Self-motivated and confident in managing a busy workload
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid working relationships, working both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience of working for a private healthcare company (desirable)
