Responsible for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures, including account reconciliations and roll-forward schedules
Prepare journal entries based on review of supporting reconciliations and schedules
General Ledger responsibilities including, but not limited to monthly Management reporting packages, Accounting for International Subs, Accruals, and other areas
Assist in preparing monthly balance sheet and income statement flux variance analyses for management reporting
Coordinate with HR and local outsourcing firms to process international payroll, review monthly payroll reports
Support in the procure to pay process
Support in annual subs audits where applicable
Support team in finance SOX compliance activities
Assist in process improvement projects, including coordination with cross-functional teams
Deliver on any ad-hoc projects as necessary

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree, emphasis in Accounting. Experience in general accounting experience in industry and/or a public accounting firm as well as in international subs; experience in international payroll a plus. Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of US GAAP. Strong proficiency in Excel, ability to organize and communication effectively across. various mediums with varying audiences. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and prioritization skills. System ERP experience.
