• Preparation of management accounts and supporting balance sheet reconciliations
• Weekly KPI reporting
• Reviewing performance against budget and investigating/explaining key variances
• Preparation and submission of group VAT returns
• Invoicing Discounting Reconciliations
• Invest NI Grant Claims
• Government Statistic Forms
• EC Sales/Intrastate Reporting
• Cash flow forecasting
• Management of the Capex application process
• Assisting with process reviews to recommend/implement process improvements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills including use of Microsoft Office to include strong Excel skills, strong analytical skills and financial process experience. and the ability to management and meet multiple deadlines Experience within FMCG manufacturing environment. Experience with Microsoft Navision. Experience of driving change for financial / business processes.
