Job Description

• Financial Accounting.
• Reconcile intercompany balances as well as ensure that consolidation has been performed correctly.
• Drive process around consolidation and work with SAP to ensure all has been uploaded to the system correctly.
• Dive through historic data and payments to rectify any missing information has been reconciled and accounted for as well as produce commentary.
• Liaise with senior management to ensure deadlines are met and review any issues that may be occurring within the system.
• Automate processes.
• Take ownership of the Cypriot entity, this will require partnering with senior management in the team based in UK.
• Ensure KPI’s are met.
• Prepare journals.

Our client is a transportation company that connects users to ground travel services via App. Our client offers a SaaS cloud solution, as well as the ability to consolidate any collection of vendors, in-country and globally, on a single booking platform. From a start-up in 2010, our client had grown and gone strength to strength by connecting and working with corporate clients. Soon after launching the consumer app in 2010, our client signed its first corporate customer and now operates over 15,000 corporations.

This role is an opportunity to take ownership of the Cypriot entity and work closely with senior management. This will allow the right candidate to partner with team members locally and overseas. Our client is looking for a candidate who will drive change and make sure processes are robust and concise. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast paced environment and add value to the team.

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA)
• Ability to drive process
• Strong communication skills
• Previous exposure to Cypriot entities would be beneficial
• SAP experience as well as Excel
