Job Description
Reporting in to the Group Reporting Manager you will work together to ensure the business’s financial controls and reporting are of the highest standard.
WHAT YOU DO
Handling Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables for company. Processing of invoices, fortnightly payment runs
Prepare and post period end journal entries ensuring accurate recording of all costs in a timely manner.
Payroll – working closely with the People and Culture team to ensure staff are paid in full and on time
Dealing with intercompany recharges, payments and accounting – working with the country finance teams
Bank reconciliation and consolidating the monthly group cash balance summary
Providing clear monthly management reporting for the cost owners of company i.e. marketing, IT, CEO

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
ACCA or CIMA part qualified and is actively studying towards their qualification. Previous experience with accounts payable/receivables. Good knowledge of Excel and of ERP systems. Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Additional language skills are advantageous. Reliable and efficient with meticulous attention to detail. Great organizational skills. Strong communications skills. A passion to progress their careers and constantly curious.
