Job Description

• Supporting the production of the group management accounts, financial analysis and board papers
• Preparation of statutory accounts and group consolidations
• Liaising with external parties including auditors, advisors and investors
• Influencing change to harmonies reporting and improve efficiency across an ever expanding and more complex group
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts records and spreadsheets 
• Assisting in the development and coaching of the wider finance team
• Building and maintaining an excellent relationship with all stakeholders

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven experience working with large companies and complex groups. Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA or equivalent, preferably with a 'Big 6' background or experience of large company reporting. Experience in reporting under IFRS as well as UK GAAP strongly desirable. Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure. A keen eye for detail. IT literate with strong Excel skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Good organization and prioritization skills. Strong team player with a can-do attitude, along with the ability to work on own initiative.
