Job Description
Assisting the Commercial Finance Manager with the management accounting for the Energy Portfolio
Working with the Commercial Finance Manager to improve business efficiency and commercial decision making by enhancing management information and financial forecasting
Ensuring that processes are followed to provide and maintain a strong financial management and control environment
To progress through professional exams to become a qualified accountant
Work with Finance teams to assist with preparation of monthly management accounts.
Keep Event trackers up to date with actual spend on a regular basis.
Manage the reporting of weekly sales reports.
Work with the Commercial Finance Manager where required on the budgeting and forecasting process across the portfolio.
Helping to calculate commission/bonus payments in accordance with individual schemes for payroll.
Provide quality analysis were required.
Ensuring that the policies are communicated, implemented and complied with, and a strong financial control environment is maintained.
Carry out any reasonable project work / ad hoc task as requested.
