Customer Service Administrator, Sheffield
Job Description
Duties include:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls with a view to collecting outstanding balances
- Updating the system with accurate notes
- Provide professional front line support to field engineers and clients
- Allocate work to field engineers whilst being commercially aware
- Manage relationships with field engineers and external suppliers to co-ordinate visits, court attendance and disconnections

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work calmly and methodically
- Ability to listen and offer solutions accordingly
- Ability to priorities and manage workloads throughout the day
- Previous experience of liaising with customer and clients via phone & email is essential for this role.
