Job Description

Duties include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls with a view to collecting outstanding balances
  • Updating the system with accurate notes
  • Provide professional front line support to field engineers and clients
  • Allocate work to field engineers whilst being commercially aware
  • Manage relationships with field engineers and external suppliers to co-ordinate visits, court attendance and disconnections

Desired skills:

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to work calmly and methodically
  • Ability to listen and offer solutions accordingly
  • Ability to priorities and manage workloads throughout the day
  • Previous experience of liaising with customer and clients via phone & email is essential for this role.
