Job Description

You will be responsible for the factory KPI reporting and standard costing process whilst also getting involved in projects continuous improvement projects with other business stakeholders to help drive the business' financial strategy.
Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily and weekly Factory Finance KPI reporting
  • Overseeing the costing process to ensure new standard costs are set up accurately and existing standard remain accurate
  • Sign off of new product costing
  • Developing the current product standards process to ensure robust and accurate standard costs enabling the business to make the right decisions with correct information
  • Development of daily, weekly and monthly operations and distribution management reporting
  • Assisting with variance investigation and reporting for weekly and monthly management reporting packs.
  • Coordinating the routine stock counting processes and overseeing weekly and monthly stock reporting.
  • Business partnering with the Operations and Continuous Improvement Teams to find solutions to complex problems that will result in improvements in process/efficiency.
  • Driving process improvement and standardization in business processes to maximize efficiency and the quality of Factory Finance KPI reporting.
  • Being part of our cross functional ERP system development team to drive continuous improvement on our system set up and reporting.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual with Strong IT, analytic and financial process experience. Experience within FMCG manufacturing environment. Experience with Microsoft Navision. Experience of driving change in financial / business processes.
