Job Description

The role will be supporting the daily running of the finance team, while maintaining relationships with the department heads in analyzing their expense reports, identify trends and aiding decision making. You will be working closely with the FP&A manager with aiding forecasting and reporting for the group, whilst supporting the Senior Expense Accountant with preparing monthly expense and management reports for the business - so they can have a more detailed reporting process for senior management.   • Preparing the monthly balance sheet reconciliation's, ensuring that all reconciliation's balance.
  • Journal preparation and posting - making sure they are entered correctly for month end closing
  • Deal with expense queries from department heads - business partnering with a range of management
  • Process and analyses internal service fees and charges, reconciliation, supplier payment runs
  • Assisting with forecasting and budgeting models
