Job Description
- Managing the finance team to maintain close control of the core financial processes and
- disciplines ensuring transactional data is accurate and up to date.
- Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts and cost reports.
- Maintain financial controls and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
- Acquisition accounting and integration of new businesses.
- Driving improvements and efficiencies in the finance processes and team.
- Ensuring transactions are recorded correctly for quarterly VAT submissions.
- Preparation of year end reporting packs for external auditors and corporation tax advisors.
- Liaise with the external audit team during the audit field work providing all information
- required.
- Preparation of statutory accounts.
