Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious individual looking to kickstart their finance career within a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone that is eager to learn and grow.

  • Ultimately be responsible for managing the accounts payable process from invoice processing, approval and preparation of payments runs
  • Process payments and receipts in the accounting system and complete bank reconciliations
  • Month end support including preparing payroll journals and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Liaising with the sales team on Sales Order Form details, credit control, raising invoices and credit notes
  • Project support to the Finance Manager and Management Accountant across audit, business partnering and systems improvement

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
0-2 years’ experience. Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. The ability to manage high volumes of work and strong organizational skills. Great communication skills. Experience using Excel. Ambition to study towards an accountancy qualification. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Accountancy or finance degree. Have a general interest in books, reading and always learning new things.
