You will also be required to maintain communications and business partner with stakeholders across the wider business and other sites.
Duties will include:
-Manage a team of 3 direct reports and a further 2 indirect reports
-Management accounts preparation and analysis
-Oversee/Review/Question full management accounts process
-Analyse both the P&L and Balance Sheet
-Budgeting and Forecasting
-FP&A and Strategic Business Planning
-Production of board reports
-Attend Senior Management Meetings
- Management of cost model
- Challenge budget holders on overhead spend
- Oversee weekly and monthly management reporting
- Provide support/ analysis on various commercial scenario's
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete PDRs, 121s and appraisals with team
- Set objectives and monitor performance of team
- Various ad-hoc projects
