Supporting the production of the group management accounts, financial analysis and board papers
Preparation of statutory accounts and group consolidations
Liaising with external parties including auditors, advisors and investors
Influencing change to harmonise reporting and improve efficiency across an ever expanding and more complex group
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts records and spreadsheets
Assisting in the development and coaching of the wider finance team
Building and maintaining an excellent relationship with all stakeholders

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven experience working with large companies and complex groups Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA or equivalent, preferably with a 'Big 6' background or experience of large company reporting Experience in reporting under IFRS as well as UK GAAP strongly desirable Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure A keen eye for detail IT literate with strong Excel skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Good organisation and prioritisation skills Strong team player with a can-do attitude, along with the ability to work on own initiative
