Job Description

You will report to the Finance Director and CEO and will manage and support day-to-day accounting functions (including A/R, A/P, payroll, treasury/cash management, monthly management accounts, expenses, coordinating with UK/US advisors on tax filings). You would work closely with HR, Corporate Development, and other departments.
We are looking for someone who is a strong self-starter with the willingness to learn and develop as the company moves into the next phase of its growth. You would be-a qualified financial professional with a background of in-house finance or from a professional services background.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Relevant experience in financial control or analysis.
  • Self-starter: proactive with an ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines.
  • Calmness under pressure and excellent prioritization skills.
  • CA / CPA / ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification.
  • Advanced MS office skills.
  • Thorough understanding of financial control: income and expenses.
  • Strong accounting skills with knowledge and experience of UK GAAP preferred; no previous tax experienced required. 
  • Strong communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Strong team worker and partnership skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
