Job Description

By offering on-site direct management through ‘on and off’ shift patterns and providing quality assurance and full rota management ensuring safe, responsive and effective working practice. For this role you will have an extensive working knowledge in Learning Disability and Autism, Least restrictive practice support model and lead by example in the clients own home. You will lead your team, manage the rota, assist with the development of support plans. You will be competent in IT systems, including electronic rostering and Client information management systems.
