Job Description

Your new role
Working in a High School with an immediate start this is initially a temporary role with an opportunity for permanent

  • To have specific responsibility for the fees ledger, ensuring that fees are paid on time and appropriate credit control systems are maintained - dealing sensitively but firmly with parents.
  • To be responsible for the timely production of termly and interim fee bills and to ensure the collection of fees by direct debit is promoted to parents.
  • To keep proper records of Direct Debit collections.
  • To keep a register of deposits.
  • To promote a pleasant, professional, purposeful and welcoming atmosphere within all elements of the school's administration.
  • To be aware of and follow the school's Health and Safety procedures.
  • To promote the use of ICT as a central element of office systems.
  • To carry out any other reasonable request of the Bursar and/or Head Mistress.



What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in a Credit Controller/Debt Collection role
School experience would be an advantage
