Working in a High School with an immediate start this is initially a temporary role with an opportunity for permanent
To have specific responsibility for the fees ledger, ensuring that fees are paid on time and appropriate credit control systems are maintained - dealing sensitively but firmly with parents.
To be responsible for the timely production of termly and interim fee bills and to ensure the collection of fees by direct debit is promoted to parents.
To keep proper records of Direct Debit collections.
To keep a register of deposits.
To promote a pleasant, professional, purposeful and welcoming atmosphere within all elements of the school's administration.
To be aware of and follow the school's Health and Safety procedures.
To promote the use of ICT as a central element of office systems.
To carry out any other reasonable request of the Bursar and/or Head Mistress.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in a Credit Controller/Debt Collection role
School experience would be an advantage
