Our client is looking to expand their Debt Collection team with a heavy emphasis on delivering excellent levels of service to their accounts. This is a motivated and dedicated team with an excellent culture, who thrive on driving down debt. They are energetic, fun and are seeking a Credit Controller who can add to the dynamic.

Role details

*Working from an autonomous ledger - no dialer!

*Developing relationships with customers and resolving any account related queries in relation to their

* Repeatedly chasing relevant accounts

*Identify and monitoring customers who pose a financial risk to the customer

*Send overdue customers for disconnection whilst working within strict credit control processes

*Identifying ways in which the current processes and procedures can be improved
