Job Description

Although this is a development role where you will receive ongoing training and study support towards your AAT qualification; you are required to have some accounts based experience in one of the areas you will be assisting in. These include:

• Sales ledger and automated billing administration for the growing client base
• Purchase Ledger processing
• Credit control duties ensuring clients payments are received within agreed terms
• Client liaison duties including providing regulatory documentation when necessary
• Assisting clients with invoicing and related queries
• Assisting with delinquent client accounts and liaising with the legal team
• Providing regular credit analysis and costings, reporting to the Finance Manager
• Ad-hoc work to assist with Month End

This is a busy and dynamic role working within a stable and developing team. There will be opportunities to further develop your career within this business due to both the level of work that they are currently undertaking and their 3-year growth plan.

This role will offer AAT study support for those that need it or wish to continue their studies at this level.
