* Posting of costs recorded on weekly timesheets, reconciliation of timesheets to payroll and production of weekly payroll analysis reports
* Analysis of weekly hours and production of reports
* Assist with the preparation of the budget and quarterly forecasts
* Analysis of overhead costs in relation to maintenance and consumables costs , preparation of files for review and lead the meeting to discuss
* Distribution of overhead cost reports and resolution of queries
* Management of stock checks
* Preparation of audit files
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Management and reconciliation of stock balances, including physical stock checks, posting of stock journals and balance sheet reconciliations
* Production of Hours per tonne management reports
* Monthly environmental costs reporting to support the group sustainability reports
* Input of manual bank ad-hoc payments as required
* Daily cash reporting to directors
