Due to the firms clear focus on the local market, you won’t only be involved in one aspect of the client/deal engagement, but you will play a key roles at each stage of the various (and varied) projects this team takes on. You will see in this position;

• Participation in tendering for new business opportunities
• Preparation of business plans for Partner/team review
• Financial modelling prior to and throughout new engagements
• Drawing up detailed financial reviews to be presented to Senior Management and clients
• Management of M&A mandates
• Regular liaison with clients and other parties involved in each transaction
• Training, coaching and supporting junior members of the team and reviewing their work
• Acting as a key team member with a shared interest in success

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Accountancy Qualification (ACCA or Similar).
• At least three years’ post qualified experience.
• Some of that experience must specifically include Corporate Finance work where you played a significant role in successfully delivering projects.
• Experience in training/developing/coaching junior team members.
• Previous experience in drawing up reports and presentations as well as presenting these to clients and senior team members.
