Job Description
Main role responsibilities:
- Chasing & collecting the companies aged debt (Business to Business)
- Managing a ledger consisting of high value accounts
- Creating new customer accounts and carrying out credit checks
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Posting money onto the system and allocating receipts
- Sales ledger duties
- Processing the monthly payment runs
Person Specification:
- Previous credit control experience is essential
- A strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be an advantage
