Your new role
This is a full time permanent job, working 8.30-5 Monday to Friday with one per week working 9-5.30. The main purpose is to maximise collections whilst maintaining excellent customer service. Your main duties will include; chasing customers for payment (B2B), dealing with customer queries, managing your own portfolio of customers, build long term relationships with customers, identify customers who pose a risk to the business, identify ways in which the customer service cab be improved and reporting. This job is ideal for someone looking to work in a fast paced, rapidly growing environment.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a strong background in Credit Control & excellent customer service skills.
