• Our Financial Accountant are responsible for developing a set of analytical reports in the new forecasting system TM1 to aid management in decision making, supporting the Executives in our yearly budgeting cycle as well as conduct and report on audits in the Hotel operations on the following data; daily write offs, point of sales checks, banqueting function profitability.
• Our Financial Accountant carries out audits on the internal payroll process on holidays booking and balances, lieu time recorded and taken, ghost employee checks.
• To conduct a bi-yearly audit on the travel agent commission payment process and set-up as well as run the weekly commission payment for the 3 UK properties and ensure that all agents commission are paid on time.

• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Financial Accountant must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.
• To assist in the preparation of the monthly management accounting pack for the 3 UK properties as assigned by the Financial Controller, as well as assist in the monthly balance sheet reconciliations as and when required.
