Job Description

My client is a successful and growing services company and they are looking to recruit a commercially-focused accountant for this Finance Business Partner role based in West London.

 

You will work closely with the wider organisation, including sales and operations, and support them as the main point of contact for all finance-related issues. You will own the P&L for this large multi-million pound contract and produce all related management reports. Moreover, you will support the commercial activity through the provision of budgets, forecasts, cost and profitability analysis. You will support the operational team in new bids and work closely with the commercial director.

 

 

• Working with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly management accounts

 

• Business Partner to Operations Managers

 

• Weekly Flash reporting to track business performance

 

• Partnering with the business leads to prepare full annual operating plans and periodic forecasts

 

• Detailed financial analysis and presentation of financial information to support decision making

 

• Develop and report KPI's relevant to the business.

 

You will be a qualified accountant or qualified by experience but with exposure to the contracts/services sector, ideally catering or facilities. You will have strong management reporting and analytical skills, as well as the ability to forge relationships and influence non-finance managers. Your ability to communicate at a cross-functional level will be at the highest level and you will play a key role in the future success of this entity.
