Job Description

You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service at all times in their communications with a range of professionals, referrers and patients. They will need excellent telephone and communication skills, in order to ensure all liaison is of the highest standard. We're looking for applicants who can help us provide an efficient and robust administrative service; who can work to deadlines when required, and plan and priorities their workloads independently, demonstrating initiative and flexibility. This is a varied and exciting role, as the post holder will also be engaged in service development for both the administrative and clinical processes, helping to maximize efficiency and ensure good patient experience. Weekend working is required on a rotational basis(1 in 4).
