Job Description
  • Development of management of effective filing systems, including appointment booking, and robust filing systems, adhering to the policies of file management
  • Complex diary management for project team.
  • Provide a first point of contact for all face to face and telephone enquiries from a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including clinicians and managers, commissioners, Experts by Experience and potential candidates for  posts in primary care
  • Supporting recruitment to posts
  • Assist in updating project documentation
  • Developing documents and visually appealing slides and information for a wide range of audiences
  • Coordination of meetings with internal and external staff and stakeholders
  • Minute taking for key service leadership meetings as well as ad hoc meetings as needed.
  • Formulating and coordinating the distribution of service communications.

As we work towards our goal of providing an integrated service across primary and secondary care, our community mental health services are being transformed to recognize the changes in how people want to access them. We are working in close partnership with a range of partners and our 'experts by experience' to develop and improve our service offer.
We are expanding our community rehabilitation, personality disorder and eating disorder services, as well as providing investment to our community mental health teams and increasing mental health provision in primary care.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will need to have:

  • Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of a wide range of IT packages including Microsoft Word/Office
  • Experience of detailed minute taking
  • Experience of coordinating meetings
  • Experience of working in a similar role and supporting others with complex diary management
  • The ability to work independently using your own initiative in setting your daily/weekly objectives and the ability to support other team members to do the same
