Job Description

You'll help ensure all internal and client-facing commitments can be met to the highest standards. Regular tasks include the hands-on administration of supported systems, user support and activity reporting, and working with clients’ in-house teams to ensure all administrative tasks are understood and completed to specification. The role will also provide advice and support to client-side stakeholders and users, as required, write and distribute meeting minutes, and help write and maintain user guides, processes and policies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Your application should be able to demonstrate a knowledge and use of a variety of software systems, with the ability to learn new software quickly. This must include Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. You'll also need strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong customer service focus and mentality. You must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and have good time management skills. You'll need to be able to priorities tasks, and recognize and manage ambiguity. You must be numerate and have an eye for detail. You'll be able to work methodically and will be committed to continually developing your skills.
