Owning the target setting process for a sales team, building business plans/POR. Strong reporting and analytical skills to support forecast commentary, WW asks and identifying trends or insights that can help drive the growth. Manage commission planning, analysis and support. Partnership and collaboration across Sales and Finance, using the skills and talents of the extended team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education & Experience 2:1 Degree or above. Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA or similar. Additional Requirements Enterprise and or education experience, supporting deal making, analytics, forecasting and planning.
