Job Description

You will primarily support the clinical staff with the completion of triage information, gathering further information as required. They will use Excel spreadsheets and register patients on SystmOne, and support in taking telephone calls from GPs, patients and other outside organizations that wish to make a referral. This is a dynamic and busy environment and you will need to be able to deal with conflicting demands.
You will be someone who enjoys working in a team, and who can demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under their own initiative as directed. You will need to be able to work under pressure, follow instructions, and complete tasks as scheduled.
