Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized individual to support the onboarding process of new engineers and the day-to-day running of the field operations department.
You will be helping ensure our engineers have the appropriate level of training, qualifications and people skills to enable them to deliver the outrageous level of customer experience we expect. You will be organized, cool-headed and interested in learning about the inner workings of a field force business. This is a broad and diverse role that will present plenty of interesting challenges for the right person.
We are looking for somebody with awesome people skills and a keen eye for detail.

What you'll do

  • On-boarding of new engineers including co-ordination of company inductions
  • Scheduling training and up skilling for our engineers
  • Assisting with HR-related tasks (recruitment, absence management)
  • Assisting with Fleet management (scheduling of servicing & repairs)
  • Coordinating and assisting in the review and roll out of company policies
  • Provide administration support to the field operations team and engineers
