Job Description

This role will be working as part of a specific project team which includes Faster Diagnosis Project Manager, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Faster Diagnosis Colorectal Cancer Nurses, Senior Pathway Navigator & Faster Diagnosis Administrators.
The post holder will support the delivery of a professional, proactive and sensitive service to patients referred on a 2 week wait cancer pathway for suspected colorectal cancer. The post holder will support the coordination of the administrative function of the pathway, including and not limited to, booking appointments, keeping patients informed at all times and liaising with the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT).
