Job Description
This will prove to be varied and busy role that is integral to the efficient running of the service and we would welcome applications from anyone with a background in Healthcare administration who is able to work autonomously and accurately to meet the requirements of this role.
Handling incoming referrals for Mental Health Act Assessments
Managing a 9 -5 referral phone line
Updating patient details and adding records to Care Notes*
Updating activity logs
Producing reports on Excel
Producing minutes and actions from daily handover meetings
Ordering stock and supplies
Arranging the payments of warrants
Other Admin duties as appropriate including covering for colleagues if required
