Job Description
This will prove to be varied and busy role that is integral to the efficient running of the service and we would welcome applications from anyone with a background in Healthcare administration who is able to work autonomously and accurately to meet the requirements of this role.
- Handling incoming referrals for Mental Health Act Assessments
- Managing a 9 -5 referral phone line
- Updating patient details and adding records to Care Notes*
- Updating activity logs
- Producing reports on Excel
- Producing minutes and actions from daily handover meetings
- Ordering stock and supplies
- Arranging the payments of warrants
- Other Admin duties as appropriate including covering for colleagues if required
