Job Description

This will prove to be varied and busy role that is integral to the efficient running of the service and we would welcome applications from anyone with a background in Healthcare administration who is able to work autonomously and accurately to meet the requirements of this role. 

  • Handling incoming referrals for Mental Health Act Assessments
  • Managing a 9 -5 referral phone line
  • Updating patient details and adding records to Care Notes*
  • Updating activity logs
  • Producing reports on Excel
  • Producing minutes and actions from daily handover meetings
  • Ordering stock and supplies
  • Arranging the payments of warrants
  • Other Admin duties as appropriate including covering for colleagues if required
