Job Description

Would you like to work for a successful company with on site parking and be part of a great team? If so my client is recruiting an Administrator to join their busy office. Based in at the Head Office your daily duties will include:

  • Answering the telephone in a professional manner, taking messages, transferring calls to colleagues and manage reception area
  • If guests are attending the premises welcoming them to the building
  • Supporting the HR team with HR administration, requesting and following up references and data inputting absence management reports
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing post
  • Responsibility for stationery replenishment ordering
  • Book any travel and accommodation
  • Support other departments with administration work as and when required

My client is seeking someone with excellent communication skills and a polite, friendly telephone manner. You’ll also be IT literate and confident using Word and Excel. Mostly importantly my client is seeking someone who is always happy to help and has a positive outlook.
