Would you like to work for a successful company with on site parking and be part of a great team? If so my client is recruiting an Administrator to join their busy office. Based in at the Head Office your daily duties will include:
Answering the telephone in a professional manner, taking messages, transferring calls to colleagues and manage reception area
If guests are attending the premises welcoming them to the building
Supporting the HR team with HR administration, requesting and following up references and data inputting absence management reports
Deal with incoming and outgoing post
Responsibility for stationery replenishment ordering
Book any travel and accommodation
Support other departments with administration work as and when required
My client is seeking someone with excellent communication skills and a polite, friendly telephone manner. You’ll also be IT literate and confident using Word and Excel. Mostly importantly my client is seeking someone who is always happy to help and has a positive outlook.
