This Contracts Administrator role will involve working closely with the Head of Department, assisting in the coordination of the organisations IT contract arrangements. Duties will include record management for current contracts, establishing how these fit with the organisations strategy, asset administration, assessing budget availability, ensuring organisational procurement processes are adhered to. The successful candidate will also work with internal stakeholders to establish IT requirements, sourcing solutions where appropriate, as well as liaising with IT support providers regarding contract performance and renewals.
