Job Description

This Contracts Administrator role will involve working closely with the Head of Department, assisting in the coordination of the organisations IT contract arrangements. Duties will include record management for current contracts, establishing how these fit with the organisations strategy, asset administration, assessing budget availability, ensuring organisational procurement processes are adhered to. The successful candidate will also work with internal stakeholders to establish IT requirements, sourcing solutions where appropriate, as well as liaising with IT support providers regarding contract performance and renewals.

We are looking for experienced administrators or contract supports, who have excellent communication and organisational skills.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • be available immediately
  • have experience within a Non-Profit previously
  • will have experience in a similar role
