Job Description

Your new role
Supporting the HR operations team, you will be involved in a whole host of employee lifecycle activities, managing employee / Manager queries, processing highly confidential employee data, managing the HR system/database and supporting Managers and Head of Departments with recruitment coordination and administration. It is a very busy human resources department, supporting over 300 colleagues across the UK, and would provide an excellent opportunity to get wide ranging HR admin experience supporting a successful and friendly HR team.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience of working in a similar HR or Recruitment Administration position would be preferred, along with a human resources degree (or CIPD qualification) to provide the required background theory and HR technical knowledge. Excellent IT skills are essential as you will be using different internal systems to manage highly sensitive and confidential data. First class written and verbal communication skills are also essential, along with a positive approach to work and a 'can do' attitude.
