This is a busy role with a varied workload and therefore you will need to be able to work independently and be enthusiastic, flexible and creative in your approach. The role includes a lot of telephone communication and processing of referrals. You will provide support to a broad multi-disciplinary team, dealing with queries from clients, Doctors, other agencies and members of the public as well as the competing demands of our clinical team. You will update and collate information to keep our patient information current and compliant. You will be a dedicated resilient team player with the ability to work well under pressure whilst displaying excellent organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
You will be joining a team of supportive colleagues who are committed to delivering an effective administration service, in order to support the care that our clinical teams provide to service users.
