**Posting of costs recorded on weekly timesheets, reconciliation of timesheets to payroll and production of weekly payroll analysis reports
*Analysis of weekly hours and production of reports
*Assist with the preparation of the budget and quarterly forecasts
*Analysis of overhead costs in relation to maintenance and consumables costs , preparation of files for review and lead the meeting to discuss
*Distribution of overhead cost reports and resolution of queries
*Management of stock checks
*Preparation of audit files
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Management and reconciliation of stock balances, including physical stock checks, posting of stock journals and balance sheet reconciliations
*Production of Hours per tonne management reports
*Monthly environmental costs reporting to support the group sustainability reports
*Input of manual bank ad-hoc payments as required
*Daily cash reporting to directors
