Duties will include, but are not limited to: general administration duties such as arranging and attending meetings, organising travel and accommodation; processing transactions; communicating with other members of the team; extensive diary management, meeting coordination including minute taking and meeting preparation; developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships; coordinating guest visits; providing project support; supporting client queries and answering phones.
