Job Description
We’re looking for a confident, proactive, articulate team player, able to learn a variety of systems to support the Legal Team’s Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) through the provision of a comprehensive and effective administrative service.
You will:
- Provide administration support and local continuous improvement work for the legal team’s PSL and others within the legal team as required
- Update (input content) and maintain the legal team’s knowledge site and templates in consultation with TPR lawyers/the PSL, ensuring all knowledge management documents are saved appropriately and accurately to the document management system
- Ensure the smooth administration of legal team knowledge management meetings and training, including coordinating timing, sending out invites, scheduling agenda items and updating action plans
- Identify and suggest process improvements to the line manager
- Undertake an administration/super user role for the legal team in relation to SharePoint and MS teams, dealing with queries and requests
- Assist with administrative aspects of legal team training forecasts, subscriptions and professional memberships
- Provide administration support for lawyers to attend external seminars and speaking events
- Assist with the induction of new starters to the legal team
