Job Description
You must be organised and comfortable in performing, but not limited to, the following duties;
- Maintain very high standards across all aspects of the RE/MAX PMC office administrative duties.
- Liaise, serve and assist over 50 self-employed Estate Agents.
- Effectively manage inbound / outbound office communications; telephone, web, email and customer enquiries in a time-sensitive, professional manner.
- Possess accurate attention to detail in processing all paperwork & files.
- Must be Microsoft Office PC literate, Expert Agent (CRM system) knowledge advantageous (training provided) property portals and social media savvy.
- Exceed agreed business targets ie. property volumes, sales revenues, commission rates & collateral services.
- Deliver and maintain a first-class customer journey and experience.
- Coaching and mentoring skills would also be advantageous.
- Flexibility towards covering business needs / holiday cover.
