Job Description

The Job

  • Supporting with the processing of invoices.
  • Dealing with customers over the phone and via email and ensuring that customers' expectations are met or exceeded at all times.
  • Processing any customer service queries, responding to customers, suppliers and internal colleagues within timescales set by the department and dealing with any special requests.
  • Chasing outstanding and overdue customer responses, ensuring customers are communicated to throughout the process.
  • Supporting the sales team with quotes.
  • Focusing on customer experience
  • Liaise with Warehouse for lead times and production updates
  • Maintain CRM and data files/records as required for future reference
  • Develop and maintain Price Lists within a Pricing Strategy
  • Positively interact and maintain relationships with key suppliers/consultants
  • Management of CRM system
  • Processing invoices
  • General Administration

The Person

  • Previous experience in order management/processing, sales support or similar is required
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to connect with internal and external contacts
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn and converse about technical subjects
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word, Power-point, Outlook and Internet
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Confident, self-motivated, flexible and willing to learn new skills
  • Able to think logically, accurately and pro-actively
