Job Description

The role is critical in supporting the administration of our Share Plans to ensure the smooth running of the operational Employee Services Teams. Each individual is expected to contribute to the pre agreed service level agreements and adhere to our significantly high quality standards.
You will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Dealing with queries from employees regarding their Share Plans via phone / e-mail or letter
  • Preparation of outgoing files for the Company payroll / HR departments
  • Liaise with Client payrolls / Providers on a regular basis to resolve queries via phone/email or letter
  • Manage day to day maintenance updates that are received into the business
  • Ensuring that data loaded between main operating systems is accurate and timely
  • Responding to daily BAU activities in a timely manner
  • Liaising with Brokers to arrange sales/purchases of shares
  • Ensuring that reconciliations are carried out to a high standard and escalating issues as needed
  • Assist team leader with task planning to support all new business/work coming on to the team
  • Awareness of the EQ Escalation policy so that issues can be escalated in an appropriate way
  • Successful candidate should possess the following skills and behavior:
  • Strong attention to detail and capable of following defined processes and procedures
  • Communication skills – Written and Verbal
  • Comfortable working independent and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • A willingness and aptitude to learn a variety of systems
  • Great Microsoft office skills, with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines to ensure delivery of tasks and Service Levels are met
  • Previous experience in a customer service would be beneficial as you will be dealing with employee / payroll queries via phone and email
