Job Description

You will provide assistance and support to the service department, including helping customers, managing MOTs and service bookings, updating the database and organizing workshop jobs. You must be friendly and confident, with excellent customer service skills. You must be computer literate and have a great telephone manner, as you will be handling enquiries and bookings over the phone, face to face and dealing with emails.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Calling the client database reminding them of due services and MOTs
  • Database updating
  • Workshop loading
