Job Description

We offer a smart solution to businesses who are sending and receiving money internationally, and eliminate the pain points around the traditional payments process, providing speedier payment delivery more cost-effectively, and at much lower risk.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide payment processing support service to customers, working to agreed targets
  • Liaise with partner banks to facilitate payment processing and investigate anomalies
  • Resolving customer enquiries (oral and written)
  • Drafting of non-standard correspondence in response to customer enquiries
  • Monitor payment platforms to identify / escalate out of line situations and implement solutions
  • Carrying out projects and ad-hoc activities, as determined by your Team Leader

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will demonstrate the following experience skills and behaviors:

  • Good communication skills
  • Strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Attention to detail and capable of following defined processes and procedures
  • The ability to develop positive and productive working relationships
  • Computer literate with a willingness to learn a variety of systems
  • Strong (payment) investigation skills
  • Previous experience in the payments sector (e.g. at a bank) is an advantage
  • Up to date in depth knowledge of SWIFT payment processing
