Job Description

You will be the first point of contact and will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and responding to email enquiries, maintaining the booking schedule and database, log courier deliveries and perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying.
 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work unsupervised using your own initiative, excellent attention to detail, strong organisation skills and be able to effectively manage workload and prioritise tasks.
